MaintainX is a very simple to use software flatform. This was very easy to implement at our company. The customer support service is above and beyond expectation. They have innovated their CMMS system to fit our global needs as a customer. They continue to make changes as we develop this software into our system. My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.

There were some intial modifications we had to do w/Maintain X to get over this small hump and they did a great job getting it us squared away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we switched to MaintainX, we've managed to do away with paper work orders entirely, which has really helped us streamline our maintenance operations and keep comprehensive records for all our equipment. The platform's reporting features have also made it much simpler to present data and visuals when we're seeking approval for new equipment purchases. Additionally, the recent advancements in AI integration are quite impressive. The whole system is very user-friendly. I’m amazed at how quickly we’re able to get new technicians up to speed on work orders. Sorting doesn’t always work unless I’m entering exactly the same text. The delay between the mobile app and the desktop version is sometimes frustrating.
