Going from one environment to the other can sometimes be confusing. You just need to be mindful about what you're doing in what environment. AI procedure making requires a bit of experience to learn how to get the most from it. I've needed to use another AI program to set up my instructions for MX AI to be most effective. I like MaintainX for its ease of use and how the mobile app is extremely good. I find the ability to easily attach procedures to work orders very useful. MaintainX's user friendly platform takes what used to be a niche, difficult field to develop, train, & implement and simplifies it in a way that can be put into action immediately. Their customer support and account management has been some of the best I've encountered in the field, answering most questions within the same day with quick, helpful walk-thru solutions.
