Up to now, I haven't found anything I dislike about the app. My only suggestion would be to add a feature that allows technician's notes in work orders to be automatically translated into the user's chosen app language, making the process seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some interface layout and filtering options we would like to see changed or added. Specifically with filtering of the calendar view for work orders. Also, time tracking of Mechanics/Electricians. The user interface and order management features are excellent. There are a variety of tools available, including categories, locations, start and end dates, procedures, and more. These can all be filtered, which makes it much easier to locate specific work orders and streamlines the workflow.

While there are already a variety of filters to choose from, I feel this area could benefit from even more options. Additionally, it would be helpful if admin users had greater ability to restrict certain functions for regular users. Aside from these points, I have no other complaints. MaintainX is only as effective as the quality of information you provide. I appreciate that it serves as a centralized hub for all machine data. What has been most valuable to me, though, is the ability to access historical records of machine downtime. This feature recently enabled me to justify buying a new machine by showing the total downtime experienced by machines in that department.
