MaintainApp is a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) for teams that keep equipment, buildings and fleets running: factories, hospitals, schools, hotels, property managers and maintenance contractors. What it does: - Work orders: create, assign and close jobs, with photos, checklists, parts used and costs. - Preventive maintenance: schedules by calendar or meter reading, so routine jobs are created automatically. - QR asset tracking: every asset gets a QR code. Scan it to see its history, manuals and open jobs, or to report a fault. - Breakdown reporting: anyone can report a fault from a public QR page, without an account. Downtime, MTTR and MTBF are tracked automatically. - Spare parts and inventory: stock levels, low-stock alerts, part requests, transfers and vendors. - Safety: work permits, certificates and unsafe-asset flagging. - Connect / IoT: read live equipment data over MQTT, REST or webhooks and map it to existing assets. - Mobile app that works offline and syncs when back online. - Reports: costs, downtime, PM compliance and a report builder, with your data exportable at any time.
