What the agents do: - People Finder: AI Sourcing across billions of public profiles. Ask in natural language, get ranked candidates matched to the role. - AI Hunt: autonomous sourcing agents that keep working a role in the background and bring candidates in while the recruiter does other work. - Screening: candidates evaluated against the real requirements of the role, with the reasoning shown rather than hidden behind a score. - Outreach: agents reach out to candidates and keep the conversation moving. Everything the agents find lands in a workspace built for recruiters to work the pipeline: Kanban across multiple roles, CV parsing and enrichment, a branded career site, free posting to Mainder's own jobs hub, multiposting to external job portals, pipeline analytics, and a browser extension to capture candidates from anywhere on the web.
