What do you like best about MailWasher?

It makes our work more easy by automatically blocking spam mails and junk from the server level, its very easy to use and configure. Settings like good and bad filters is extra great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailWasher?

I have used this app for some years and no issue found then, sometimes it closed automatically and we need to restart the software again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailWasher?

I must admit that this program has been a radical change in the company that associates corporate emails of the company with the company. Most of the company has had favorable responses given by this system. MailWasher is responsible for completely eliminating all unwanted spam scams before they reach our team or email. I must point out that its tools are so complex and at the same time so easy to use that it has a filter where it blocks unwanted emails and only important or new emails that may be of interest pass through the filter. The service does not delete any type of email; a prior configuration is made to be able to place those unwanted emails and the emails we want to reach our inbox. To conclude, I emphasized that the software is a downloadable application or can simply be configured from its website. We use the downloadable version; it is much easier to use and this is added to mobile devices to have greater protection in our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailWasher?

There is something we don't like about the system, but the software has a key issue that can be detrimental. Technical support should improve by being faster and more communicative with customers or new users of their system. It is impossible to take up to 2 days to respond. A question about the system was complicated for us when making the purchase since we did not receive quick responses about the service we needed from them, however, after the response and using the software we are very satisfied, but that part of the service can be improved. Recommendations to others considering MailWasher:

We highly recommend it, as it is an excellent service that covers not only email but also mobile devices, both protection and email browsing, as well as its filters and tools that are so complex yet easy to use where files are automatically deleted and desired or important emails for you are added to your inbox. In my opinion, I also recommend that the software is not too expensive and that its service is excellent, it adapts very quickly to the company, as it is very useful and easy to use. What problems is MailWasher solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we used email and deleted each of those unwanted emails to send them directly to the trash, although it was a bit complicated and the time loss was so great that we decided to look for software among all of us that would help us solve those small problems caused by unwanted emails, such as spam or scams. It was a bit cumbersome to keep them there. Before finding the system, we suffered a virus problem due to a malicious email received by marketing. We opened it and got a virus that damaged a computer. From there, the importance of finding a system to help us with this became clear, and we discovered that MailWasher has been perfect and we are safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailWasher?

MailWasher is a service that allows you to add your email to its system and thus protect it from spam, malware, or unwanted files that can damage key information in corporate or personal messages. Add important filters to avoid spam advertising emails and free up the inbox. These unusable emails are sent directly to the trash and can be deleted manually or 30 days later due to inactivity, very happy with its easy operation and quick setup. What do you dislike about MailWasher?

There is a main problem with this software and it is the way you delete emails, it simply does not remove the filters, it only allows avoiding the emails in our inbox, but it is necessary to delete them manually and it can be annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our main and corporate emails are used daily and, therefore, receive important information and spam, but advertising floods the inbox and sometimes these emails can be dangerous. That's why we say we looked for a solution with MailWasher, we greatly improved the situation. What do you like best about MailWasher?

I really enjoy that the software blocks and stops all spam emails from getting into my business inbox. It quickly and easily blocks all non relevant emails that are sent by non business emails and clears the inbox of any unwanted clutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailWasher?

What I dislike is that the software doesn't allow the user to customize what emails we consider as "spam" and let you choose what types of emails to block. This lack of option really makes the software less useful than it can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
