What do you like best about MailUp?

Easy to use. Good reporting. High deliverability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailUp?

A disaster when you move to another provider. Mailup refused point blank to supply us with our opt-out list. Would not even engage with us until we went legal. This has made it extremely difficult to use another provider. Very disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailUp?

The thing we'd like to like is that mailup is for whom who don't have any knowledge of programming language. And it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailUp?

The platform doesn't often working due to some unknown problems or updating by the developers. So The thing that has to be the advantage of the oline platform has become his main problem. Moreover, if you are not a daily user, mailup changes interface so often that you forget how to place your hands to achieve your marketing goals...

At least the assistance system is not so easy to reach and sometimes long waiting is needed for a feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailUp?

I totally love their HTML email composer. Easy to use and really flexible. And till now I never had a compatibility problem with the produced HTML. I also often use it to compose html cross-client email and send them with my email client. Another nice feature are the "groups" that let you define lists of emails to send specific newsletter to. A good and easy to use API ( also well documented ) completes the picture. It also has a nice and clear GUI; a bit slow may be but easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailUp?

The pricing mechanism is good for big companies. Not very "on target" for small clients. You pay based on the email sending speed so it could not be good for time critical mass email ( that would be more expensive) . Sometimes it was difficult to understand if some user really received an email or not cause the system said it was received but it wasn't. The problem arouse from the fact that the test users were marked as "spammer". We had to contact the assistance to "unflag" our test users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailUp?

I actually like their secondary software offerings, BeeFree and BeePro, which allows you to design and build HTML emails and send to clients for review before sending en masse. The email builder is made to work with MailUp primarily, but as an HTML preview it's great to send to clients for approval when designing email campaigns. In addition, once approved, you can upload the HTML to any email marketing program (not just MailUp). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailUp?

For the price point , if you're working with smaller clients, it may not be worth the cost. This is better for agencies or medium to larger companies. The general services provided are excellent, if sending out 1,000 emails a day or more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
