It's one of those services you don't think you need until you accidentally email all of your customers from your development environment. It allows my team to test and iterate over new emails super quickly. I can send the latest revision to Mailtrap, and they can see it, give feedback and I can send it again. And it's the REAL email, not a preview. So, it saves you from accidentally emailing everyone from development or staging AND lets you test and iterate emails quickly. Not bad.
