"Great mail tracking solutions"
4/5
What do you like best about Mailsuite?

Mailtrack is user-friendly and customizable. It helps in monitoring email engagement activities. We can know if our emails sent internally or externally are read and also know if the links and attachments are viewed. This helps significantly in marketing and sales, but also to understand how people generally react to our newsletters sent to them. I like that I can receive notifications when someone opens a mail I sent, then I do a follow-up when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

Mailtrack is a simple tool for tracking mails, it does its job perfectly well, so I cannot complain or say I have any dislikes. I have other products that can do more, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid tracking, with a gap or two"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Mailsuite?

Ease of setup and use, output to csv files, notifications and alerts for events of importance. The pricing is fair and reasonable, even considering the free options out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

Other tracking software provides location/IP info, and this doesn't. While there are good privacy reasons to withhold that information, I cannot tell when an email is forwarded. Flagging that an email has been forwarded doesn't require sharing specifics around the location. I think the mobile solution is a bit complex and limited -- but versus some others in the space it is nice that they have one. Also it would be nice if there were more options to sort and search for different patterns within the web app and then output to csv, for instance -- multiple opens and click. Show when there has been a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Each & every email can be tracked easily"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mailsuite?

The most beneficial feature of Mailtrack is that it is highly capable of tracking every email sent. Amazingly, I get a notification whenever the recipient clicks and opens the emails I have sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

Though it also has an email attachment clicks tracking feature, its reporting is not entirely accurate as sometimes it fails to follow even the clicked and opened the attachment. And, another dislike is that it only works on Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailsuite?

Reliable, easy to use. Mailtrack tells you if an email has been delivered and whether it has been delivered or not. Also can create reports for campaigns etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

The program does not seem to track bcc or cc`s. Not a huge deal; you just have to send emails one at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailsuite?

I love that I know if someone read my email or not. It lets me know if I need to email again or call. It gives me invaluable data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

If I send to multiple people software can't tell who opened the email. Also if I use my phone it won't work. Overall great software though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great mailtrack"

What do you like best about Mailsuite?

Easy to install and quick and continuous feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

Little to add here, I went from the free part to the PRO, and honestly, it is a very useful tool. As a recommendation, it would be nice if the tool gave you visual feedback with indicators like: penetration (emails sent/emails opened), effectiveness (emails with links clicked/emails with clicks sent), etc. If you could have these indicators by months, even monitor some contacts you send to (example: seeing the effectiveness in opening links to members of a company you are working with gives an idea of the improvement in leadership and communication you are deploying with them). "Mailtrack: Email tracking"
3/5
What do you like best about Mailsuite?

Mailtrack is a very simple tool for email tracking. Its simplicity and ease of use are what I like the most. It has a plan available free of cost and the features it provides are quite sufficient for email tracking. It notifies when your email is opened and also notifies if it is opened multiple times by marking it as a hot conversation and we can even check the number of times it was opened.

It's very easy to set up and it takes very few clicks to install and attach to your email. Once installed, you don't have to bother about enabling it for every email and it is automatically enabled for every email you send.

Also, I have noticed that in some other email tracking applications, you may get a notification if you yourself open the very email after some time. However, Mailtrack doesn't through such bogus notifications.

Although I have not switched to the paid version yet, I have used the paid version in one of my colleague's system and it had amazing featured that lets you do more with your tracking ambitions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailsuite?

I am using the free version of Mailtrack and it indeed has some drawbacks but I absolutely understand and that the features offered for free are just sufficient enough. However, the free version adds a 'Sent with Mailtrack' icon at the end of the email that has to be removed manually before sending every email. The worst part is if you fail to remove it manually and if the email is meant for some professional purpose, it may leave a bad impression on the receiver (maybe! Though I feel that the professionals do understand that using such a tool is absolutely fine. However, it may make things worse if that mail is further forwarded to other recipients).

I have come across some other tracking tools that offer free service with many additional features. Many of my colleagues shifted to those applications but I didn't shift since I didn't realize the very need and my objectives were pretty much being fulfilled through mailtrack.

Also, mail track doesn't offer email scheduling feature in the free version which is another big drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
