What do you like best about MailStore Server?

Mailstore allows retention of all email preventing an associate from removing critical information.

Mailstore also allows for space saving, and easy search features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailStore Server?

OWA restore is a bit clunky. (This is when an email has been removed from exchange and needs to be restored.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use the trial first...do not have the trial move the messages until you decide to go with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MailStore Server solving and how is that benefiting you?

In house archiving provides security and back up for all email. We have seen our Exchange server run better without all the clutter of ages old emails and attachments.

The search interface is a snap to use, and many of our assoicates now use Mailstore search instead of OWA search features, even for recent mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailStore Server?

Fast to install, simple to configure, very intuitive to use and integrating with mail systems to be archived. It represent a valid solution and for some of our customer is become a must have tool. Searching in the email archive is fast and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailStore Server?

Honestly with mailstore we've found the perfect solution for archiving. An integrated archive's backup strategy or integration with backup solution could be a top level feature very appreciated. Also spam recognizing or more complex exclusion rules are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
