We've been through A LOT of email outreach platforms. This is the best we've found for deliverability and ROI. The dashboard and data presentation are ideal, giving me a quick view of results. Mailshake is a great all-in-one to get started with cold emailing. I like that you can scrape leads to experiment with, even though they aren't that great. The tools are kind of intuitive to me now, but customer service is ESSENTIAL. I'm glad they've improved that aspect. I'm now an affiliate and continue using Mailshake today. I've been using Mailshake a few years now and customer service used to be slow and not great. I had whole accounts shut down and errors made that I feel Mailshake could have prevented. I find Mailshake simple and clear. All steps are perfectly coordinated to create and publish an email outreach campaign as efficiently and quickly as possible. The leads are displayed sorted, and you have the option to reply directly. Customer service can be reached by email, and you usually receive a quick response. If it is set in my campaign that a contact becomes a lead when I receive feedback, it can happen that Mailshake does not recognize this lead and, as a result, this lead receives another email if one does not actively monitor and compare all leads in Mailshake with the mailbox.
