It's super clean and easy to orient yourself there. Before learning about Mailshake I struggled with using all the other tools. **What do you dislike about Mailshake?** Can't really think of anything I don't like about Mailshake. Support is good, there are no bugs. Actually, I have very little need for support. Maybe the only thing is that it's not so cheap as it used to be. But for me, that is totally understandable as the value is there. **Recommendations to others considering Mailshake:** Mailshake is a good tool for anyone looking to use something quick and to have little issues with it. I am not really a sales person, so maybe there are other ways to do outreach, but for me it's perfect. I don't do outreach daily or even weekly, but when I need to, Mailshake is here and I don't even need to remember anything, it's intuitive to use. With some other tools I don't use regularly, I actually forget sometimes how to do something. E.g. the software stops sending automated emails to people who reply to my campaign because those replies will need a personalized response to whatever was stated or asked. Beyond that, I love the library of video tutorials. They helped me become a much better email marketer.
