There are a couple of things I liked about Mailshake; below are a few: 1. AI generating email suggestions. 2. Able to catch spammy words and suggest removal. 3. Email Automation feature works really good. 4. Datafinder feature has been a game changer in my case. 5. LinkedIn automation works perfectly. 6. I’ve been using Mailshake for a few months now, and it’s completely streamlined my cold outreach process. The UI is intuitive, campaign setup is quick, and the automation features are incredibly helpful. I especially appreciate the email personalization and follow-up sequences—it saves me hours every week. Deliverability has been solid, and I’ve seen a noticeable increase in response rates since switching to Mailshake. The built-in analytics help me fine-tune my approach and double down on what’s working. Plus, their customer support is fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. While I really like Mailshake overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Before using it, managing follow-ups and tracking responses manually was a nightmare.
