I like that it is made for cold emailing. With other marketing platforms, it can be difficult to send emails out to companies we haven't made contact with previously Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mailshake? The platform itself has a lot of bugs and issues. I frequently run into errors, pages that won't load, and parts of the website that won't work. For example, just this morning, I attempted to run the list cleaner option, and I received an error message after 20 minutes of waiting stating that 'the list cleaner is having trouble updating your results.' I cancelled it and tried to re-run it, but it just kept reverting to a message stating that no lists are being cleaned. Also, support is almost non-existent and difficult to reach. At the end of the day, although the team is great, the product is what I purchased and it hasn't worked in the week since I bought. The onboarding was educational based, not action driven, so once I tried to activate myself, it didn't work as sold. I asked to have my subscription paused, but they just suggested I cancel and come back once it's fixed. If a user can't use the tool and they paid it should be refunded if I cancel, which I didn't ask to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The Leadcatcher feature removes prospects from campaigns before you can actually determine whether or not it is for real. Sometimes it mistakes auto replies for real responses. It's affordable and easy to set up - really enjoy using it! Also helps me automate a lot of my work and is like having your own employee. Main feature is how straight-forward it is. As soon as they told me I was getting $50 for a review, I notified them the review was made and they never got back to me. Increasing exposure and reaching more people at once. I find that I can target people who are similar and reach them all at once with specific messaging.
