Contacts are organized with groups, tags, segments, custom fields and contact scoring. Signups, unsubscribes and bounces are handled automatically, with automatic list cleaning. Its servers are located in the European Union, helping businesses meet GDPR requirements. Reports cover opens, click heatmaps, CTR, bounces and inbox placement, with shareable links and CSV/PDF export. Beyond email: send transactional email through Mailrelay's SMTP server and REST API, run SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, and connect your stack with webhooks, plugins and integrations. Users, roles, permissions and an audit trail make it easy for teams and agencies to collaborate. Human support on every plan: every account, including the free plan, gets chat, ticket and phone support from real people, in several languages including English and Spanish. Paid plans start at €48/month for 100,000 emails and add priority sending and support, unbranded campaign archives, and transactional email (SMTP and API) and WhatsApp campaigns at no extra cost.
