We run warm up for multiple clients, and we therefore evaluated a LOT of tools on the market before settling on Mailreach as the best solution. The main reason for this was the multiple layers of conversation that its bots carry out i.e. mimicking true human email behavior, rather than just sending out a single email, as a lot of other tools do. We've not had a single complaint since signing, and have learnt a lot on the journey from the excellent customer support at mailreach. key benefits of the tool include: - Not just email warm up - their spam checker provides a more comprehensive overiew of what could be improved in your emails, and the checklist is really helpful - Tagging accounts, so we're able to group and view reputation trends by client category and domain status - Slack integration to alert us when reputaion either drops or improves - Easy to set up But the most valuable thing about Mailreach isn't the tech - it's the amazing customer support. After trying all of the top tier warm up platforms this past year and a half, I can honestly say without hesitation that Mailreach is hands down, the best warm up process out there. Their algorithm is top notch with actual open rates that are in the 30 to 40% range. No other competitors can claim this. They may be able to tell you that your reply rates can be whatever you choose within their range, but no one can match the open rates from a warm up process except Mailreach. They're the only ones. Maybe offering a 2 to 3 email account package might be good if the price point is decent. Outside of that you just have to connect your email and then their system runs on autopilot. We've been using Mailreach for almost a year day in and day out, and our sending reputation has gone from 73% to 99% within a short time frame. Another really big plus for using Mailreach.
