MailPilot is an email warmup and deliverability platform that monitors inbox placement and sender reputation across multiple email service providers. The software uses a network of real mailboxes to simulate authentic email behavior, building reputation signals recognized by internet service providers. MailPilot measures actual inbox placement across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers rather than relying on proprietary metrics. The platform validates SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for every connected mailbox, identifying authentication issues before they affect deliverability. MailPilot integrates with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Zoho Mail, and SMTP providers such as SendGrid and Amazon SES. The warmup process mimics genuine conversation patterns to establish legitimate sender behavior. The dashboard provides real-time monitoring, deliverability scores, and alerts for reputation drops. Notifications can be sent to Slack, Discord, or email when thresholds are crossed.
