We use mailmodo for both promotional and transactional email communications. I am responsible for the transactional one, and without any doubt, I can say the best thing about mailmodo is its app interface. It's very user-friendly. Adding templates, creating campaigns especially the trigger one, integrations, viewing campaign summary and the admin panel are some modules we use very frequently. These are designed in a very structured manner. Their customer support is also outstanding, and they are there whenever we need help. Time is not a boundary for them. I used a lot of platforms and also did email marketing for my server setup, but mailmodo provides excellent service in insights, template building and making segregation in contacts easy. The platform will be great with some extended plugins for the referral program and also if they can add more filter options in the insight reporting section, like segment with the highest open and clicks, also if get the highest click email id on each link just like mailwizz, It will make the platform more helpful.
