Other mailing providers I've used tend to be bulky and complicated for no reason. Mailjoy provides me with the simple features I need without any of the unnecessary noise. In an age where physical marketing isn't as popular, sending out postcards is a great way to get attention. **What do you dislike about Mailjoy?** The pricing must be on the higher side, but I think it is worth it for the quality. The customer support could be better too. **What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had issues with email campaigns not being as effective which is why we decided to switch over and try sending out physical postcards and mail and it has been great so far.
