The service is horrid. If you have a critical issue, there is no way to contact support other than tickets, which take up to 24 hours to reply. I tried upgrading to a monthly premium plan in order to get better support, but since I am on a yearly plan, this was not possible. I would have to buy the premium plan for the entire year. Email campaigns could be made easily and effortlessly with Mailjet. The platform is very user-friendly and helps you track and monitor the emails sent. One of the best features of Mailjet is that it is very collaborative. All the team members can work together on the email campaigns. Creating contact lists and setting up automation could be easily done. Mailjet also supports great integrations including eCommerce platforms. Firstly the price is a bit high compared to other platforms but is ok because of the features. The platform could add a few more choices of templates as it is very limited.
