I don't really enjoy the design of Mailjet. I find it to be very cluttered and unorganized. Additionally, the interface is not very user friendly. Reverting to a free plan is very complex. I am a regular user of Mailjet (taking a one-month subscription every three to four months) and each time I have to delve into their FAQ to remember how to do it. It is obvisouly purposefully designed by Mailjet.
