Some of the features are hard to determine, but once I learned them, it was okay. The customer support is good. They blocked some emails unfairly, (once even my own email!) They offer so many cool features like an email editor, pages, and automation. most of the time, we use an email editor to design our newsletter email and track its progress. We use email to serve newsletters and design emails using their email editor. it helps to track, automate, and analyze our campaigns which is a good feature. we use its SMTP and API for automated emails from our internal software. Mailjet is mainly used for bulk email marketing campaign, sending of status messages post onboadring. We mostly use mailjet to send promotional and specific occasion mails to reach out to out customer. We have integrated the mailjet API's to our Kylas CRM and all the status messages and promotional mails go through the CRM. Mailjet is currently solving our email marketing solutions, we have integrated the mailjet software to our Kylas CRM which segments our users based on different stats, For Example we can target email campaigns based on location, pipeline status , onboarding status and payment pending status. Any new webinar and event have been communicated through email using mailjet. Mailjet can be used without a CRM as well. You can segment your contact upload & send your campaigns. Mailjet also provides status of delivery based on how many have open the emails, unsubscribed etc. It provides the delivery status information for all your campaigns. I love the free tier and they have more feature on free tier which help me to try this platform and make my mind to purchase. also the starting plan is great for most of the marketer. What do you dislike about Mailjet? i used many email marketing tool before and they have more sending limits than mailjet. mailjet has 6k sending limit for free user.also they have limited html email templates. The main problem i have before is all provider have limitaion on email templates but on mailjet its easy to create custom templates. alo its delivery rate is pretty good whn i send newsletters.also the new feature to create landing page is great.
