**What do you like best about mailivery?**

There is nothing to like about this product. It simply does not do what it claims to do. I bought the lifetime deal, and set it up and it wasn't working. Support said they were working on a fix, but did not follow up. When I reached out again for an update after a week, they said "I don't know what your problem is." Real great way to talk to a paying customer. Also, once the platform started working again and sending emails, it stopped again a few days later. There are much better tools out there that do this and don't talk down to their paying customers.

**What do you dislike about mailivery?**

Everything. The product doesn't work consistently. And their customer service rep is very rude.

**What problems is mailivery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was going to use it to warm up an email for cold outreach.
