Mailhub is ecommerce shipping software for small and mid-sized online retailers. It's for the merchant who has outgrown copying addresses into carrier websites but doesn't need an enterprise logistics platform to do it. The pricing is the main difference. Most shipping tools charge a monthly subscription whether you ship ten parcels or ten thousand. Mailhub charges per shipment instead. No contract, no minimum, no per-user fees to renegotiate as your team grows. Slow month, small bill. UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL all live in one account. Compare live rates side by side, pick the service that fits the order, print the label. No switching between four carrier portals to figure out who's cheapest today. Orders come in automatically from Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and BigCommerce. Ship everything from one dashboard no matter where the sale happened, and tracking numbers push back to the store on their own. Automation handles the repetitive part. Set a rule once and it runs: route by weight, destination, or order value, apply packaging presets, batch print a full day of labels at once. Address validation catches bad formatting before a package ships somewhere it can't deliver. It's a fit for merchants moving roughly 100 to 5,000 parcels a month. DTC brands, marketplace sellers, small warehouse teams. Founders shipping from a spare room and ops managers running a two-person fulfillment desk both land in the same place, which is off spreadsheets and into one workflow, usually inside the first week. Getting started takes about as long as it sounds. Create an account, connect your store, connect your carriers, print a label. No implementation project, no onboarding fee, no sales call required.
