It is particularly problematic to note that the company also states that it does not issue refunds, even in this type of situation. In practice, this means that you can be charged and then lose access to the service immediately after, with no possibility of recourse. Furthermore, beyond this billing issue, the tool itself is far from living up to what is advertised. The performance is generally disappointing and the value for money quickly becomes excessively high compared to the alternatives available on the market.
