"MailerLite is an important tool for my business"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I'm an author, and it's important for me to reach my faithful readers via email. MailerLite is inexpensive compared to other email tools and it has lots of bells and whistles so that my emails fit my brand. It's easy to use for me to keep in contact with my readers. My favorite part, though, is that anytime I need help, I can chat with someone at MailerLite and they help me. Every single time! They're friendly and patient, and I appreciate that, especially because I'm a small business. They still treat me like I'm just as important as a huge company, and that means a lot to me. Update 11/24: Even after the company has experienced significant growth, they still function like a small business that cares about every single customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Recently, MailerLite upgraded their system (I still use what's known as "classic MailerLite"). Although it has a lot more tools and bells and whistles, it costs a lot more, so I'll be sticking with the classic version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great support, still lacking a few features"
4/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

The team has always been very responsive when I had to contact them. I've been a user for two years and I've seen some new features pop up every now and then, but I just wish they would drop the interest in putting AI in everything and just focus on what makes a better newsletter and not the users' laziness. What do you dislike about MailerLite?

There are still some basic features from Mailchimp that are missing (for example, using conditional tags within the content) and I'm not hopeful they will ever add them. Also, Mailerlite tends to delete your subscribers after a single bounce due to a full mailbox instead of discriminating between soft and hard bounces, which is really time demanding to fix. "Great customer support, growing features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

Customer support is great. Sometimes I get stuck on the logic of something, and they are patient and go through it with me so I can make best use of their product. The pricing and features are more geared to a solopreneur than some of their competitors, and they integrate with all the apps I use. Their drag and drop editor has greatly improved over the years, and newsletters look great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Some of the logic behind triggers and automations is a bit confusing. There are some features I'd like to see developed, and I've suggested those. I find Mailerlite does update their software so hoping that the new features will be there soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailerLite?

I love that I was able to activate my account (no manual changes in Cloudflare were needed), create the form, activate it, and get help all on the same day! Very easy to set up, especially with youtube videos they add along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailerLite?

A best-ever mail campaign software provider who is responsible for its unmatched product experience for users. I am an old user of Mailerlite and still, I am with it for its groundbreaking app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

It isn't easy to contact Mailerlite in the free plan if you face a problem that doesn't have a solution in their knowledge base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, best service!"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

The drag and drop template is easy to use. I can add or delete sections easily. I have some workflows/automations that make it easy to deliver material to readers. MailerLIte is also linked to my blog, so no need to do extra steps to reach my blog readers. When I've had questions, MailerLite responds quickly with easy to follow directions. I have no need to go anywhere else for my email provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I have had no trouble using MailerLite. It does what I want. Granted, my use of technology isn't advanced, but I have no suggestions to improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailerlite is a DISASTER OF SERVICES"
0/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

Nothing.

MailerLite upgraded to a new platform and required people to migrate manually. Their communication about the migration is catastrophic - literally nonexistent.

At some point, we realized that the emails stopped going out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Like James and Chris, we lost the complete subscriber list that we have been building for years.

I paid for the service of creating 5 Mailerlite Landing pages that at some point just STOP WORKING,

At some point, they simply changed the domain and all the links we used to advertise for years are BROKEN - i.e. they direct to NON-EXISTING PAGES (instead of first com which doesn't work one morning you just have to start entering io manually)

The only thing we could do was to manually search and find those links that we spotted online for years and update the info about the new domain

Mmailerlite is obviously not developing a product but only charging membership fees and live from day to day - PLS ACOID Mailerlite AT ALL COST and find another service that works so you don't end up with a devastated business that you've been developing for years

NO pros just CONS - Mailerlite is a DISASTER OF SERVICES, if there was a -100 rating for Mailerlite that would be the most adequate rating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The features, performance, and ease of deployment are top-notch"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

When it comes to cloud-based scalability, it's a fantastic tool. It makes it easy for us to create campaigns, manage subscriptions and track engagement. We can be confident that our emails will reach our recipients' inboxes thanks to its excellent delivery history and user-friendly design. The platform's affordable pricing allows me to grow our subscriber base without worrying about short-term costs, and its ease of use and powerful automation features allow me to optimize our interactions. I love how easy it is to use the drag-and-drop template editor. In addition, MailerLite's adaptability and variety of solutions are a great asset to our marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

It has met all my needs and more, and the price is right. I haven't found a service or tool that I haven't enjoyed using. It could also be improved by adding a feature to alert you to frequently used parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
