Mailerlite is great and affordable for getting emails out for our non-profit. It's easy to use and design. Step by step support is available. We use it each week and it is super reliable. We've been able to upload our graphics and use our own links with ease. I would defintely recommend this to our small businesses or nonprofits for use with their email list. Absolutely terrible service. They immediately banned my email after I started a full-compliant automation although my content is 100% within their requirements (it was literally just an automation sending a few followup emails for users who PURCHASED my software product). And well, surprise too: I hadn't even sent out a single email yet!

Their support NEVER replied to me except for one automated email. Their support just doesn't even exist. What an absolutely horrible service. NEVER go here!!! I've previously used some other well known solutions but since moving to Mailerlite have found the right balance of functionality, cost and service. the customer support is always prompt, friendly and thorough. most of thime however I don't need to contact support as the set-up and operation is intuitive and if I do run into problems the online help pages and forums nearly always contain the solution. Mailerlite is an amazing tool for newsletter, promotions and email marketing. I find it very easy to use. Approval is subject to authentication of domain which is fair to prevent spams. It is secured, easy to use and you will get value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel the only thing, i cannot do is make changes in the font of the particular sentence in the email. I have to change the entire emails font and chat support is limited only for few days. First off, I was using Aweber. MailerLite has the same features but is half the price. Second - i had a problem with putting a simple poll into my broadcast. I submitted a ticket and got a response the next day. When the response wasn't adequate, they followed up my reply and actually CREATED AN EMAIL FOR ME that did what I needed it to do. This is the kind of tech support I want but rarely get. There really isn't any reason to go to other companies like MailChimp or Aweber (both of which I've used), when MailerLite has the same features at a better price and with better tech support.
