"Empowers Newsletter Automation Seamlessly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I use MailerLite mainly for newsletters. The workflow automation that I can trigger for different segments with each form is great. It really helps me create personalized emails for each of my segments. Also, the initial setup of MailerLite is easy, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Nothing so far, maybe features for the newsletter like Beehiv to add more intuitive design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Easy to Learn, and Great Email & Landing Page Features"
4/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

There is a free plan you can use and even the paid plans are very reasonably priced. It's great for my small business and it was easy to follow and learn how to navigate. I love the email features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I wish there was some form of revenue tracking built into the format and some of the integrations require customization. Some of the landing page templates are very basic and the manual reviews can delay my launches by a day at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Solid Email Platform for Small Businesses""
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

What I like best about MailerLite is how easy and intuitive it is to use, even for beginners.

From building landing pages to setting up email automation, everything is drag-and-drop and well-organized. I also love that it includes powerful features like audience segmentation, customizable signup forms, and analytics — all in one place. The ability to manage multiple campaigns and groups without feeling overwhelmed has been a huge time-saver for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

What I dislike about MailerLite:

While MailerLite is overall very user-friendly and effective, one thing I dislike is the limited flexibility when it comes to assigning subscribers from landing pages directly to specific groups. It would be helpful if group assignment options were more intuitive or built directly into the landing page editor. Additionally, some of the advanced features (like automations or custom preference centers) have a bit of a learning curve for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent quality and price."
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

The price to tools ratio is excellent which makes MailerLite my go-to for EMS. I have found it allows me to do just about anything I want to do within the platform and has allowed me to build a good newsletter presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Honestly, there aren't any significant downsides worth mentioning. I find automations a little challenging, but that's more a me problem than a MailerLite issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Support and Easy, Reliable Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

What I love most about MailerLite is how professional and responsive the support team is. Anytime I’ve had a question or issue, their staff have stayed with me until it was fully resolved. The 24/7 chat pop-up and AI help make it easy to get answers fast, and the video tutorials are excellent for learning new features. MailerLite is user-friendly and quick to set up, so I can use it frequently without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it’s a reliable platform for managing email marketing with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Sometimes it's a downer to watch all the tutorials wa wa, especially if you’re new to email marketing like me. But seriously, I love having the videos for reference. Also, I’ve also found that certain integrations or advanced automations can take me awhile (but can use the chatbox for ai or support staff, so always love the results.) Overall the platform is very intuitive once you get familiar with it. I can't say enough how much I love Mailerlite now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best platform ever"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

There are free and unlimited landing pages and websites (on paid plan, but is cheap) , the price are per contact and there are unlmited emails, which is an advantage. The customer support is very prompt, and the chatbot (Litebot) it very smart and so usefull. His answers are very helpfull. And the platform is growing so fast. There are so many integrations. Their AI for landing pages and other thing are so great. I use so much, I tried many platform (expensive) in the past, but this MailerLite is genious! And there no error or interrupts in building emails. And their sendind campaing, are so smart for RSS campaign and smart sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

If you have multiple brands, it cand be hard because you don't have multiple unsubscribe page for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailerlite treats customers RIGHT!"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

Integrity is nearly gone from the planet. That's why Mailerlite sparkles like the gem she is. When issues arise, as they always do in any business, this fantastic platform treats customers with the respect due, not only as those who pay for service but as human beings trying to eke out a living like everyone else. Mailerlite, unlike others, harkens back to the days of a solid day's labor for a fair wage with no nonsense. But there's more. Customer service agents go well beyond what is strictly required to engage customers with wit, kindness, and a mind to help said customers learn what works for them. Not just for Mailerlite. WOW! This reminds me of what customer service used to be when I began my tech career eons ago. Translated: High tech doesn't have to equal the elimination of all human understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Nothing at present. The absence of displeasure is a direct correlation to being treated as a human being and not merely a wallet. (I've experienced that corporate mistake often enough to know it doesn't pay in the long term.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
