"Feature-Rich Email Marketing with Stellar UX"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I really like the super UX and great support offered by MailerLite. The drag and drop email designer is impressive because it has nice blocks like countdowns and an automatic YouTube animated thumbnail creator, not just images or text. Additionally, emailing sending comes with great deliverability, and managing subscribers is a breeze. The initial setup was very easy, including email authentication. What do you dislike about MailerLite?

MailerLite is too expensive if you have large lists (above 100k subscribers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Email Delivery with Room for Support Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I use MailerLite for email marketing and I genuinely like this platform because of its good email delivery rate. It helps me to send bulk emails to potential clients without going to the spam folder, which I like the most. I can see and track who opens the email, which helps me a lot. Tracking email openings helps me to understand what kind of email format is working for me the best, and according to that, I improve more or send relevant emails to the recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Phone support is not available, I can not directly call to the customer service if I face any issues, this is what I don't like. The initial setup was not very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Account terminated after payment, no refund"
0/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

We did not have enough time to identify any standout positives before the account was terminate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

We used MailerLite to send a one-time B2B introduction email to business contacts (like info@...) to introduce our platform.

We first sent test emails — everything worked fine.

Based on that, we upgraded to a paid plan (10,000 subscribers).

Then we sent our first real batch of 170 emails. This was not spam, not a scam, not aggressive marketing — just a respectful informational message.

From recipients: no spam complaints, no abusive response, normal engagement .

From MailerLite: no warnings, no alerts, no indication of any problem .

Later, when preparing to send the next batch (~500 emails), our account was terminated for an alleged Terms of Service violation. No prior warning. No opportunity to correct anything.

The most important thing to understand:

once this happens, YOU LOSE ALL the MONEY you paid. It does not matter if you paid for a year.

It does not matter if you used only a small part of the service.

YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Email Automation Revolution by mailerlite"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

What I like most about Mailerlite is how simple and clean it is. It’s easy to use, quick to set up automations, and does not feel complicated or overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Basically mailerlite is best but One thing I dislike about Mailerlite is that some advanced features are limited, and a few options feel basic if you want deeper customization or more complex automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beware of the bait and switch"
0/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I liked their original offering, but unfortunately it was a bait and switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I originally signed up for their free plan, and it let me create several automations and forms, which I did. I linked them to my sales platform/website, etc. A few months later, they told me I could only keep three unless I paid. That felt like extortion, and it forced me to pause operations so I could completely transfer all my data to another platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Yet Outpaced by Competitors"
1.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I found MailerLite really easy and simple to understand. The UX was okay, not above and beyond, but also not the worst for email marketing. I appreciated the simplicity of the tool as it was more on the simpler side to use. It was fast to put together a newsletter campaign, making it efficient for my needs. What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Honestly, I think it was good maybe a few years ago, but the competitors now are stronger. My personal favorite is Beehiiv, I think it's so much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use with complete options for email marketing"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

What I value most about MailerLite is how intuitive the platform is. The learning curve is very low, even for someone who is just starting out with email marketing. I love the option to create landing pages and subscription forms in just a few steps, without needing any technical knowledge. Plus, the drag & drop editor makes designing emails quick and professional. I also really appreciate that the free plan includes plenty of features to test before moving on to a paid one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Although the tool is very practical, I’ve noticed that some advanced automations are not as flexible as in more robust platforms. For example, it has been a bit challenging to set up more complex sequences with multiple conditions. Also, the initial account approval can be slow since they manually review your website or domain, which may delay the start if you want to get going right away. Other than that, the overall experience has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beginner-Friendly Email Marketing with Handy Automations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I find MailerLite very beginner friendly. It's not intimidating, which is great for someone new to email marketing. Many platforms are confusing when setting up automations, but MailerLite makes it really simple with its nice visual automations that keep things pretty straightforward. It's not the most advanced platform out there, but it does make it easy for me to manage my email list with automations and engage with subscribers regularly. I also appreciate the ease of setting it up, especially when migrating from another platform. MailerLite is a good choice for smaller lists, particularly if you're new to email marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I'd like a few more options in terms of customizing forms, customizing the layout of things. I wish they also had more templates for the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Humans Don't Work Here, and The Software Doesn't Work Either"

What do you like best about MailerLite?

Mailerlite was great at the beginning. Now it is Mailer Headache Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I left for a couple months. Came back in October. The automations are filled with bugs and jittery ghost images on the drag and drop. Worst is the auto-resend campaign will not let you create the campaign. It gets hung up on choosing your recipients. You choose the group, and get an error message to choose the group. You cannot go forward. Tech companies releasing pre-alpha software and charging you for it.

Support is difficult to find as they dont want to be bothered. Finally got email address and a bot answers them. Cannot get a human to fix the problem. Bot tells you not to send the campaign you want and to do a work around. send a regular campaign and remeber to copy it late and resend. What a joke. You will not get a human.
