"Budget-Friendly with Basic Features"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I use MailerLite for sending out email marketing campaigns and appreciate its affordability compared to other platforms. It has useful features like creating landing pages and forms, which help in setting up email campaigns with ease. I also like how easy it is to integrate with Shopify, making the integration process seamless. The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. The initial setup was straightforward with its clean UI, taking only fifteen to twenty minutes, which was impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

There are a couple of things I think MailerLite could improve on. It doesn't have deep segmentation or reporting, which is really important in email marketing. Sometimes, while the integrations are good, I feel like there could be more integration tools available. We've also occasionally run into authentication issues for some of our clients. "User-Friendly Campaign Builder, Needs CRM Depth"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I like MailerLite for our company email sales campaigns because sales campaigns can be easily and professionally created without having special skills. I like the most the email campaign builder, it's a life saver for us. The drag and drop feature and having the personalization fields add more value to our campaigns. The setup isn't complicated at all, and we were able to get our email campaigns running from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I would love to see a deep CRM integration to make it a lot better. For example, I need a deeper sales pipeline management and an improvement in deal tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MailerLite is great for new clients"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

We liked MailerLite for it's ease of use and ability to integrate cleanly with website builds we have completed for clients. It has been easy for clients to take the reins and understand how to operate once we complete the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

It is not quite as robust for an agency to use as MailChimp. We prefer having partnership perks, as we have found that generally most email platforms are similar in their delivery and reporting, but where we excel as an agency is in developing creative. We do not use the email builder as much as we use other tools, and then bring the creative in and send it using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, User-Friendly, but Needs Advanced Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I primarily use MailerLite for email marketing for my blog and online business. It's one of the most affordable and easy-to-use email marketing tools. It solves the problem of communicating with my email audience very efficiently. I can quickly set up newsletters, organize subscribers, and track open and click rates without needing complicated tools. I really like the interface - it's very easy to use. It's very easy to create forms, organize, and track performance. I love the customer support as well - those guys are fast and help with anything and everything. The initial setup was very easy; on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it an 8.5. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I would say it is not as advanced as ActiveCampaign when it comes to automation and tracking. So I think that could be improved for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Newsletter Solution with Minor Subscriber Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I love using MailerLite for its easy-to-use interface, which makes designing clean, crisp-looking newsletters a breeze. It gives me solid data on who has opened my emails and interacted with them through links. I appreciate that I can set universal colors and fonts yet change them on the fly when needed, which makes maintaining a consistent brand look much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Sometimes, the way it handles subscribers can be a bit awkward. When I try to sort my lists or change what group someone is in it doesn't update immediately, you have to refresh everything. Getting DKIM set up was cumbersome, I'm still not sure it's 100% right. I guess that's another concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable and intuitive platform. One of the best I've worked with across multiple brands"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I've been using MailerLite for over 5 years across multiple brands and agencies - including a digital agency, a tech startup, and various client projects. The drag-and-drop editor makes building newsletters fast and hassle-free, even when managing campaigns for several brands at once. The automation workflows are straightforward to set up and powerful enough for most B2B and B2C use cases. On top of that, the pricing is very competitive compared to alternatives like Mailchimp, especially when you're handling multiple accounts. The support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

The reporting could be a bit more advanced - I'd love to see more detailed analytics and better segmentation options for comparing campaign performance across different subscriber groups. Also, some of the more complex automation triggers require workarounds that could be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish there was a lot more customization options, but it is still enough for what i need it for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation with Stellar Features"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I love using MailerLite's Quiz and Survey blocks to engage with subscribers by exploring their interests, enabling me to send relevant content efficiently. The Auto-resend feature is also a favorite as it tackles the issue of unopened emails by trying again with a different subject line. The visual builder in MailerLite stands out because it's straightforward and lets me create complex customer journeys easily with drag and drop triggers, making automation much simpler compared to other tools. I find it helpful that MailerLite can automatically tag subscribers based on their activities, like clicking a specific link, which streamlines sending tailored content. The checkout process, which automatically triggers a 'Product Delivery' automation without any transaction fees from MailerLite, is also quite advantageous. Additionally, MailerLite's ease of use is commendable; I can train a new marketing intern to use it in just 30 minutes, a clear advantage over platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot. I appreciate that the initial setup is also fast and hassle-free, allowing me to jump straight into the dashboard after a quick verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

New users often face a strict manual review process. If your website is "under construction" or your domain is brand new, they may reject your account or terminate it without a detailed explanation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Free Tier for New Sites Who Want To Grow Their Audience"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

It's free tier was always great so I'd happily recommend it to clients when they're building sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Although all the basics worked without subscription, a lot of branding is kept behind the pay wall, which is understandable. If you're going to use it for your business, pay and have custom branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Marketing for Small Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

MailerLite is easy to use and straightforward to implement, even for small teams. The interface is clean, and creating email campaigns, forms, and basic automations is simple. It offers good core features without being overly complex, which makes it practical for regular communication and outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

While MailerLite covers essential email marketing needs, more advanced automation and segmentation options are limited compared to larger enterprise platforms. Some design and reporting features are fairly basic, which may be restrictive for teams with more complex requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
