I really like Mailerlite’s MCP server because it lets me use it with my internal team’s AI agent. I think the UI is not properly designed in terms of user experience sometimes I get confused initially when I was using it I was confused whether the subscriber I'm watching is my oral subscriber or subscribers in the group So the UI is not user friendly it can be improved there should be better labeling of the things that we are watching Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The problem in light is solving for us is especially sending emails in bulk to our apps user base which is MCP server we are able to send that email through our AI agent so it expirates the entire process and yeah I mean the best thing is I can send HTML design to email from the agent so agent designed the email and send it to the customer so this is probably the good one. I really like the drag and drop email builder in MailerLite. Even though I'm a developer capable of writing HTML and CSS, it's just so much faster and easier to create a professional-looking email without needing to code. The builder is intuitive and efficient, letting me create clean emails in just five minutes that look good on both desktop and mobile. I also love the subscriber grouping and tagging feature. It allows me to efficiently target the right audience, whether it's clients, the open-source community, or our internal team, without spamming irrelevant updates. The automation workflows are fantastic, taking care of welcome sequences and routine emails without further input from me. I set things up once and can trust that everything runs smoothly in the background, saving me hours each month. I appreciate the analytics dashboard as well. It's simple and clear, showing me who opened emails and who didn't, so I can follow up if needed. Switching from Mailify to MailerLite was a significant improvement, with its intuitive interface, helpful templates, and seamless integration with tools like Dropbox, Pexip, and Shopware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MailerLite? First thing is the email editor can be slow and glitchy sometimes. The drag and drop builder is usually great, but when I am working on a longer email or one with multiple sections, it starts to lag. I drag an element and it takes a second to snap into place. Sometimes it freezes for a few seconds. Once or twice, I lost unsaved changes because the editor crashed. That is frustrating when I have spent fifteen minutes crafting a detailed release note email. I have learned to save constantly, but I should not have to. Second thing is the limited design flexibility for advanced users. I am a developer, so sometimes I want to inject custom HTML or CSS to do something the drag and drop builder does not support. MailerLite allows custom HTML, but it is clunky. The custom HTML blocks do not always play nicely with the rest of the email. They break responsiveness on mobile, or they look fine in the editor but render weirdly in Gmail. I end up stripping out my fancy ideas and sticking to the basic blocks. That is fine for most emails, but for occasional advanced needs, I wish it were more robust. It has useful features like creating landing pages and forms, which help in setting up email campaigns with ease. I also like how easy it is to integrate with Shopify, making the integration process seamless. The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. There are a couple of things I think MailerLite could improve on. It doesn't have deep segmentation or reporting, which is really important in email marketing. I find MailerLite very beginner friendly. It's not intimidating, which is great for someone new to email marketing. Many platforms are confusing when setting up automations, but MailerLite makes it really simple with its nice visual automations that keep things pretty straightforward. It's not the most advanced platform out there, but it does make it easy for me to manage my email list with automations and engage with subscribers regularly. I also appreciate the ease of setting it up, especially when migrating from another platform. MailerLite is a good choice for smaller lists, particularly if you're new to email marketing. I'm on the free plan presently and I have appreciated the support when needed, even if by email. Recently Utkarsh helped me navigate a situation in which I had to re-authenticate my domain. Thanks to his specific instructions, as well as his follow-ups and check-ins, I was able to get everything sorted out fairly quickly and send out my newsletter without feeling like I had to wrap my head around this topic all over again. I love the flexibility of MailerLite templates and being able to edit the footer easily, add subscribers easily. The process of switching over from MailChimp to MailerLite was also fairly straightforward. It's a great value especially when you are building your list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MailerLite? Well, for the free plan, it's hard to come up with too many things to dislike. However, I did tell the support staff some months back that the area when building the newsletter seemed to look "squished" on my screen. The support specialist agreed when I sent her the screenshot. I love being able to use Mailer Lite to build my list without paying a fortune at the outset. I feel like the company is in partnership with people and businesses as they ramp up. Sometimes it won't save the custom color for a text on a single campaign that you're working on. Also copying and pasting distorts the entire text on the emails. it's at times difficult to center fonts.
