After signup customer needs to follow up with them. **What do you dislike about Mailercloud?** I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with this mail service provider. Not only have they consistently failed to deliver packages on time, but they have also engaged in unethical behaviour by losing and mishandling important documents. Their customer service is non-existent and they have shown no willingness to take responsibility for their mistakes.
