Support is really good and there is a really good community. This helps a lot with doubts, and best practices. On the other hand there was a big issue with blacklisted emails but they solved it quite good and the solution they gave was useful for us. They don't even care who is seeking the support. What they do is they just sell the product and they're gone. I've been trying to reach them for around a month with some problems, but it seems like everything they have done is selling their product, not their service.
