The centralized dashboard is particularly valuable because it allows us to manage domains and mailboxes in one place, quickly checking domain health, mailbox activity, and sending status without needing to switch between multiple tools. This streamlining helps us maintain organized email operations and address deliverability issues more efficiently. I also found the initial setup of Maildoso relatively straightforward, with clear guidance on domain configuration and mailbox provisioning, which facilitated efficient onboarding for our team. "Streamlined Mailbox Management, Minor Login Hiccup"
5/5
What do you like best about maildoso?

I appreciate how convenient it is to change accounts in Maildoso without incurring additional costs. It allows me to switch from an account with low deliverability to a fresh one quickly. The setup process is impressively rapid; setting up 90 mailboxes took only 5-10 minutes. I love that Maildoso runs in the background and saves me the weekend hassle of fixing broken email accounts. The quick account switching and easy setup genuinely save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about maildoso?

The login page takes a few tries to load sometimes. It really needs improvement so that everything can function well. It's mainly the loading issue, sometimes it just takes a couple tries before it actually logs in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Email Management with Stellar Deliverability"
5/5
What do you like best about maildoso?

Maildoso makes managing domains, mailboxes, and deliverability much easier by centralizing everything in one place. I love how I can avoid the hassle of manual configuration and instead monitor sending health through a single dashboard. The domain and mailbox management features are quite valuable as they simplify controlling multiple sending accounts. The automated warm-up feature is great for preparing new mailboxes gradually to build a healthy sender reputation. Deliverability monitoring is also crucial, as it quickly shows if emails are reaching inboxes and helps us adjust our setup as needed. The setup process was straightforward, with domain connection and mailbox configuration guided step-by-step, allowing us to get everything running without much technical difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about maildoso?

I find it would be helpful if Maildoso had more advanced analytics and exportable reports. This would make it easier to review performance trends over time. I also think having more advanced reporting options, like deeper deliverability trends, mailbox-level performance insights, and customizable dashboards, could make Maildoso even stronger. "Streamlined Outreach with Maildoso's Centralized Management"
5/5
What do you like best about maildoso?

I love how Maildoso simplifies the technical side of outbound email by handling domain and mailbox management, and deliverability monitoring all in one platform. The dashboard makes it easy to track inbox health and manage multiple mailboxes efficiently. It's great that Maildoso centralizes our outreach infrastructure management, which helps us maintain deliverability and saves time on technical configuration. Setup was straightforward, and the platform guided us through domain and mailbox configuration, allowing us to get campaigns running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about maildoso?

One area that could be improved is reporting and analytics. While the platform provides the main deliverability insights, more detailed campaign performance data would make it even more useful. More granular analytics would be helpful, such as detailed open, reply, and bounce trends across different domains and mailboxes. It would also be useful to have historical performance reports, exportable data, and clearer visual charts to track deliverability changes over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Management, Needs UI Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about maildoso?

I love how maildoso simplifies the setup and management of a large number of mailboxes quickly, allowing us to focus more on campaigns instead of setup. The automated DNS feature is a win; I registered domains, and they were ready almost instantly, which is great. Our average reply rates are holding at 2.8%, showing that the initial warmup and placement are working exactly as they should. The initial setup was honestly very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about maildoso?

The interface could be better. It just feels a bit basic right now. Not bad, but you have to click around more than you should to find things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Setup and Solid Deliverability - Decent"
4.5/5
What do you like best about maildoso?

Set up was quick and painless, no fiddling with DNS records or troubleshooting auth issues for hours like I've had to with other providers. Importing the mailboxes into Instantly was fast and worked first time.

Deliverability has been solid so far, my emails are landing in the inbox and I'm getting consistent response rates. For a self-managed cold email stack this is exactly what I needed: hassle-free infrastructure that just works, so I can focus on campaigns rather than babysitting mail servers.

Happy to recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about maildoso?

Not much - could be more competitive on pricing since its private infra and theres lower overheads compared to google/outlook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about maildoso?

I sometimes find the setup process a little confusing for new users. Clear documentation would help with onboarding. It's not fully self-intuitive, and a better documentation might help. I'd rate the ease of setup as moderate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
