What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I can use it as my simple CRM. I can automate the email to welcome and inform them about news and updates without me personally spending time replying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I thought of using Mailchimp to do some kind of affiliate marketing. But TOS does not allow. I might need to hold on my urge to do it to keep my account in good standing. Meanwhile, I need to seek for alternative mailing provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

I solve my wait list for our small business. We can only offer limited slots for our clients each month. Mailchimp can act us our CRM to keep basic information (contacts and certain customer details for business planning). With Mailchimp, all client contacts are centralized.
