The templates are beautiful and catchy to show creativity from a marketing perspective. The option to create email campaigns, I must say, is exceptional. I can fully automate the customer journey, achieving better interaction and service. The creation of landing pages is another tool that I consider essential. With many customizable designs that I personally use with great enthusiasm, customizable ads, and the ability to publish on social networks, all the content you create keeps you at the forefront of the digital marketing market. We like to collect public feedback, so the option to create surveys is excellent. **What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform?** I have never had any problem using Mailchimp; I really love browsing through their options and always get a tool that allows me to get the results I'm looking for in the digital marketing world and connect with customers. However, I would like a more polished user interface update. I have spent years watching the same formats. Introductory videos for beginners can show more content, and customer service can be improved. **What problems is Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mailchimp has allowed us to manage our business email campaigns in the best way, offering us many features that have made us grow as a service, offering better solutions to our users, and reaching other horizons. We have been able to capture more customers thanks to its automations, better manage our marketing services, and save a lot in the process. The integrations with Jotform have allowed us to create forms and collect electronic signatures, and the integration with Vimeo has allowed us to collect many customers with the video tools, ending with campaigns that we manage directly from the Mailchimp platform. **Official Response from Bri Anderson:** > Hi Nikesh.
