I was looking for a way to schedule my email to send later, rather than having to remember to click send at the time I wanted it to be sent. I found MailButler and it worked well within Apple Mail, which was great as I didn't want to have to learn a new mail app. I also discovered other features like a 10second delay after you hit send, which gives a little buffer in case you hit send by mistake, or those times when you realise you forgot to say something, or got some information wrong. The delivery tracker is also pretty handy - it lets you know if the email has been delivered and/or opened. It has an easy to use interface too which gets out of the way to let you get on with your emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mailbutler? There are features to add notes and tasks to an email. I don't use those features as I have a different task management system. But most of the time those features are tucked out of the way - I don't think about them as I don't use them. Recommendations to others considering Mailbutler: They offer a free trial for a week with no obligation and they will not auto-subscribe you. Easy to use, fast to setup and useful tools missing in Apple Mail. The Multiplatform integration and plug-ins allows the team to work between OS's without hassle, but it really allowed me to use my favorite mail tool to work with my team properly. Lack of translations! I need to recommend this to my non English speaker friends! Having control of your e-mails. From knowing when a recepient opened it up to being able to control it's trajectory and time sent. With using a program i'm already familar with and adding additional features I can't now live without. The online support is seriously next level. This is how you should look after your customers. Tracking emails was one of the major features I loved but there was a large difference in price for me from proffesional to business. That now been resolved with the introduction of Proffesional +.
