It's not complicated and easier to use compared to others I've tried. As a beginner in email marketing, I appreciate that I can easily identify what is what without needing help or watching tutorials. I also find it quicker than other options. **What do you dislike about MailBluster?** When I tried Zoho first, the options in designing the email were comparatively more. I find Zoho design features more easy. **What problems is MailBluster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use MailBluster to send emails and nurture my audience. It's low cost, easy to navigate, and quicker than others. As a beginner in email marketing, I can identify everything easily without needing help. ### 2. I choose this software because the price / value is great, super easy to connect with Amazon AWS system and working well togother. User interface: Super clean and easy to use. You will not be confused. Newsletter editor: Literally, you do not need any coding knowledge to use and make a good looking newsletter. Reports: Easy to see what I need: Total sent, Delivered, Open rate, Bounced and Complained. I can get send the same amount and send speed as my Amaton SES. To summary I like this tool, great price and good value. Hope tit will stay like this in the futere. **What do you dislike about MailBluster?** The integrations are super few. There are many other tools which has got more integrations. If it is key point for you than I need to diappoint you, because when I am writing this review we have got just 3 piece of 3rd party integrations. Okey it has got Developer API but is for more expert users. Just a bit annoying if I want to export some datas like lads which was hard fail than it will send to email where get a link back to website and can download it. This is total unnecasarally. **Recommendations to others considering MailBluster:** It has got some limitations but a great value. I recommended it. **What problems is MailBluster solving and how is that benefiting you?** My service is not the average newsletter sending; moreover, I send emails as demand coming.
