Mailamber is a privacy-first email client for Windows and Android built for professionals, freelancers and small businesses who work with clients by email. It connects directly to the mail servers you already use (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Outlook, any IMAP/SMTP business account and Italian PEC certified email) and keeps messages, attachments and passwords on the user's own devices: client mail never passes through Mailamber's servers. Key features for work: unified inbox for multiple business mailboxes with a signature per mailbox; read receipts with first-open notification and follow-up reminders when a client doesn't reply; link-click tracking (Tracking Pro add-on); trackers and remote images blocked before rendering; templates with variables and an HTML editor; rules, Smart Priority (AI, consent-based), scheduled send and undo send; Italian PEC with acceptance/delivery receipts matched to each message; one account across PC and phone with encrypted settings sync; 6 languages. Pricing: Free plan forever (1 mailbox, 1 device); Plus EUR 2.99/month or EUR 24/year; Premium EUR 5.99/month or EUR 49/year. Billing via Paddle (merchant of record) with VAT invoices. No ads, no data selling.
