MaiaEdge is the cloud-managed hardware network operators deploy at the network edge to build and automate their own private connectivity. Its core product, the Path Border Controller (PBC), replaces the manual, months-long process of building interconnection with something operators can activate in minutes — on their own network, under their own brand. Key Features and Functionality: - Automates private Ethernet paths over any transport — fiber, DIA, satellite, or 5G - Automates NNIs, replacing manual, months-long negotiations with instant partner peering - Delivers SLA control and end-to-end visibility across every hop - Ships as a compact, cloud-managed appliance, encrypted by default with no extra setup required Primary Value and Solutions Provided: - Expands network reach without new fiber builds or lengthy partner coordination - Delivers Cloud On-Ramp access to major cloud providers, letting operators reach new customers, sites, and cloud services without building new infrastructure or relying on a third party - Sold as a subscription (OpEx, not CapEx) — hardware and orchestration bundled under 1-, 3-, or 5-year terms - Used by Service Providers, Data Center/Colocation Providers, and AI Infrastructure Operators to grow their networks on their own terms
