**What do you like best about Maia?**

It works! After years of struggle with Naviance , it's wonderful not to have to worry about huge problems popping up during stressful times. It's also great to have skilled and insightful people respond quickly when problems do come up.

**What do you dislike about Maia?**

Last year I felt like more could be done to support the college admissions rep visits. There have been changes this year, both to the program and the concept of college rep visits, so it will be interesting to see how it goes this year.

**Recommendations to others considering Maia:**

Maia understands what you need.

**What problems is Maia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product is useful throughout the entire College Counseling process.
