Magnus customer support is very helpful, and questions are always answered quickly. The ability for parents to upload documents, even from their phones, is great. Increases compliance. The only downside is that teachers and other staff do not have access because of confidentialty, however, this is really not a downside since confidentiality is crucial. What do you dislike about Magnus Health? I would like to be able to use the "save for later" option for some treatment notes but am not able to do that for medication adminstration. It is easy to not only document but to share treatment notes with the students parents/care givers. I also like that it helps me manage my student health groups (ex. students with food allergies) and I can easily print up important info to send with the teachers on overnight trips in case a student needs medical care at a hospital. Magnus is not only visually clean and organized, it's systems are user friendly and highly modifiable. This is hugely beneficial as most school health centers vary quite a bit in the functionality they're looking for in an EHR. Customer support is timely and helpful. The reports are easy to generate and use for required state reporting data. Love the ability to transfer immunization records from state website. What do you dislike about Magnus Health? Not very intuitive. Wish there was a better system for charting, rather than leaving it open to a summary.
