I am not sure there is much I do not like but if I have to pick something, i would love to have the ability to create custom installers for clients/endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magnus Box solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that we solve is backups. Sounds simple but we need a solution out clients can trust and we can recommend. There are tons of options out there but the ability to have our own manageable, deployable, branded solution not only builds trust, but allows us to build in margin to be able to offer direct support to our clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome backup solution for MSPs!"

What do you like best about Magnus Box?

Magnus Box is easy to use and has excellent customer support.

It's great having everything in one portal as it makes it easy to see the status of all of my customer's backups.

Not having to worry about managing my own server and storage for the backups is also very welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magnus Box?

The only downside to Magnus Box is not having storage in our region, that would make the backups and restores faster.

However, I understand that hosting in our region is cost-prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What sets Magnusbox apart for us is how convenient it is to reach an actual human. I've tried other back ups vendors and it's a hassle getting a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
