I like that you have unlimited storage in your server. There are many different types of backups and their pricing is manageable. You pay per device rather than paying per TB. Being fully transparent here, they are a smaller group, but they are growing. They've hired on several new employees, and the support team are always responsive in the event I have to submit any tickets. Not many companies where you'll get the actual owner of the company to jump in and tackle tickets alongside his team. As for what I dislike? honestly? This isn't really a dislike... It may be a downside that they're still growing, but they really truly put their customers first, and always have integrity. If there's an issue, they own up to it. Magnus Box checks all the boxes. We've been able to replicate all of the backup features we've been providing to our customers for years, but our support is far superior, and we can make adjustments to the settings, even on the fly. Set it and forget it. And email notification when something is not successful, this is good info. I also like the option to remotely start the backup if the Device is on.

I feel that the discription is not clear enough especially that external drives.
