It carries a shipment end to end - pickup request, booking, manifest, gatepass, linehaul, inscan, DRS, delivery, RTO and return legs - and then carries the money that follows it: COD collection, reconciliation, client settlement and GST invoicing. 74 modules over 227 database tables, built as one system rather than separate tools joined by exported files. Operations. Bookings price off rate cards, and the invoice prints the billed weight along with the client's own wording, with the GST head taken from the client's GSTIN. RTO and return legs are chargeable per client. Offices, branches and franchises each carry their own scope: a user sees only what their office and role allow, each franchise has a prepaid wallet, and each branch has a live dashboard. Warehouse. The WMS is the same system, not a bolt-on. Warehouses, bins and racks, SKUs, opening stock import, challan receipt, client stock requests and picking against an AWB. Batch and expiry are captured on receipt and picking is FEFO, so the earliest expiry leaves first. Stock is segregated client-wise down to bin and rack, and every movement carries the balance it left behind, so a stock issue can ride out on an AWB the ERP already knows about. Field apps. Android and iOS apps for riders, drivers, customers and business clients. They keep working without a network: an offline outbox queues the work and drains on reconnect, so nothing waits for a bar of signal. Delivery is OTP-verified with geo-tagged photographic proof, and COD collected at the door lands straight in the ledger. Apps ship under the client's own brand, on their own store listings, and corrections reach the handset over the air rather than waiting on a store review. Client portals wired into the same system read live data, so track-and-trace shows what the ERP actually knows rather than a nightly file. It runs in a browser, with nothing to install desk by desk.
