What problems is MagniFind solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gareth recently recruited me for a position with an IoT cybersecurity company that I would not have found on my own. Gareth was impeccably honest, personable, and always available to discuss my thoughts and questions. The entire process, from initial contact to accepted offer, lasted only a few weeks. I cannot recommend Gareth enough! He reached out to me with a specific opportunity that he felt I matched well with. Although I wasn't looking at the time, it was clear that he had done his research because the role he presented was a great fit. After an introductory conversation between just the two of us, he got me set up with the initial interview and provided great tips to help me prepare. He supported me through the entire interview process, checking in regularly and making sure I had answers to all of my questions. What do you like best about MagniFind?

Jordon engages with at level of transparency and honesty I have rarely seen in recruitment. It seems to me that the role of independent recruiter is unusual, as it requires one to work half for the hiring company's interests and half for the candidate, Jordon navigates this balance beautifully, and I truly feel that I have made a friend as well as a job.
