What do you like best?
Initially, the site set up was great. As we refined and figured out exactly what we needed to improve, we found that, generally, they were able to make the changes we needed, by the deadlines both sides had agreed on. Overall development of our site theme was clean. They responded promptly to emails and requests for service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
As our project became more complete, we began to feel like they had lost touch with the product we were trying to develop. Despite us making sure that everyone was in on the communication, the deadlines, and the details, we began to feel like they were operating on a level incompatible with ours.
There was no Quality Assurance from their end, and so everytime we completed a review of the project, we found typos and other errors - which we considered to be mostly unprofessional and perturbed.
The manager of the developer team played the role of messenger, and that got in the way of nearly everything. You want everyone to be "in-tune" with one another, and we weren't able to get that with them. It was really disappointing. We worked with their team in Asia.
Towards the end, they didn't seem interested in helping us expand our productbase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering the provider:
