Serial No. not provided. **What do you dislike about Magix Photo Manager?** Support is non existent. You get a support page that refers you to another support page and if your problem isn't there it does not let you get to a real person. Ever. Spent too much time trying to get the serial number to appear on the page where it was supposed to be. Couldn't talk to anyone about why it wasn't there. No follow-up email with that number. Well, in all fairness, no email from them ever. I'd like to give a good review but quite frankly, I've never been able to use the program. I'm computer literate, build computers, and use numerous programs. I've never seen anything like this. Strongly recommend not buying until support issues fixed. **What problems is Magix Photo Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** No benefits because support is a cyclic group of unhelpful pages. ### 2. I used the program to quickly find photos as well as eliminate unwanted duplicate images. It also made it easy to filter and compile the best photos from our collection. Another timesaving tool is its batch processor, which can update the metadata of multiple photos at once. The software also provides several shortcuts to common tasks, including importing, organizing, optimizing, archiving and presenting. **What do you dislike about Magix Photo Manager?** The back-up function to personal hardware has only two options; CD or DVD. External hard drives not supported. Back-up is encrypted and therefore not recoverable without the software. Backing up photos is best when files are copied and synchronized with those in the parent folder. **What problems is Magix Photo Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Magix Photo Manager allows us to share and store photo online.
