**What do you like best about MagicMirror?**

It allows me visibility into my user's public AI model usage. It also allows me to enforce policy at the point where the user interacts with the tools.

**What do you dislike about MagicMirror?**

Since it is a new type of product, the end user education and familiarization needs to be purposeful and constant.

**What problems is MagicMirror solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Magic Mirror, I had zero visibility into my organization's usage of public AI models. It also allows me to enforce security policies. Finally, the tool collects usage data, allowing our AI Governance Committee to make data driven decisions related to organizational AI use.

**What do you like best about MagicMirror?**

This software provides businesses with complete visibility into which employees are using Generative AI. It features a straightforward Small Language Model that enables effective AI observability.

**What do you dislike about MagicMirror?**

While there is certainly space for further roadmapping and development of the software, I have to say that straight out of the box, it already shows strong potential for PII, PHI, and PCI visibility and protection, especially when it comes to sending information across GenAI platforms and keeping the masking local..

**What problems is MagicMirror solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product truly delivers a WOW factor when it comes to easily visualizing employee interactions with tools like OpenAi, Clude, Copilot, and others. It also safeguards the business by ensuring compliance and protecting sensitive business information that might be shared with Generative AI networks. Overall, I find the product to be very secure.
