The ease of reaching influencers at a large scale without individual interactions needed made the process of jumpstarting a program much quicker. The speed at which some influencers respond can be delayed and hold up content that needs to go out, especially when those influencers are ones we are most excited about. The biggest problem it is solving is the ability to source numerous creators and handle the communication needed with so many moving pieces in a campaign already, it is one less thing to think about. I like the chrome extension and how easy it makes it to quickly get the links created so I do not need to go back to the site constantly to create links. I would, of course, always like more monetizable sites and brands so I don't need to use multiple sites/companies to create and track my ad links. So more brands and less variation in commissions across the same sites in products. My links often get overridden for sites like rakuten so I do not earn any commissions when that happens. The main upside of using MagicLinks is the ease of the setup process. The platform is user-friendly and the dashboarding helps me keep track of the performance of each link created. There is also a wide variety of retailers to choose from and it seems like the MagicLinks team does a really good job at updating the retailer's list frequently. The main downside of MagicLinks is that the only payment option I get is through PayPal. It would be more flexible if we had to option to use other payment services such as Wise or Payoneer. MagicLinks helps me monetize content across all platforms, whether it is my websites, Pinterest pages or Instagram pages. One downside with MagicLinks, at least campaigns with smaller budgets, is there is not a lot of insight and control into how creators are promoting your campaign.
